Kindly anyone know how this SMD code for resistors, and how to get the value of the resistor by reading.

The last digit tells you how many zeros to append to the value.
For example, 2873 is 287000 ohms.
287kΩ and 316kΩ resistors are available in E48 ±2% and E96 ±1% series.
