Good afternoon experts, first time posting
I have a pcb in for repair, but can't seem to find any info on this component, not on the data sheet apps , or via Google or any other site .From what I can see on the markings, it's made by ST and the code is BBN GP938. Does anyone perhaps have any information on this?

Sir, the thread starter says the marking is GP938. Is it the same IC?

The device marking is BBN.
GP 938 is the manufacturing and date code.
