why my smart phone charger turn on for about 30 seconds then it turns off
meanwhile there is an increasing sound while it turns on after that it shout down?
what should i do?

 

Either the battery is faulty or the charger.

Is it the charger or the phone which makes the sound? Does the handbook mention a warning tone?
