Single turn potentiometer type provides poor distribution between 3 and 24 volts output. Would swapping it for a 10 turn wire wound potentiometer provide a better more accurate and controllable output result?
We don’t know what you mean by “poor distribution”.Single turn potentiometer type provides poor distribution between 3 and 24 volts output. Would swapping it for a 10 turn wire wound potentiometer provide a better more accurate and controllable output result?
Hi BBP,Would swapping it for a 10 turn wire wound potentiometer provide a better more accurate and controllable output result?
Yes, but I'm not a big fan of 10-turn pots. If you change the voltage frequently, I think you'll find the 10-turn to be more of a hassle.Single turn potentiometer type provides poor distribution between 3 and 24 volts output.
