can you help me to calculate the time needed to performa single slope conversion using star case generator and an oscillator of 1.2Mhz with 12 bits resolution for the system and Vref= 3.00V

First you calculate the value of binary number that is equal to the given voltage in each case when the full scale for 12 bits is 3.00V

Then you calculate how long it would take to go through that number of steps at the given clock frequency.
