Hi,

Hoping you all can help me wire up my single phase 240v induction motor. Can someone please explain or even better sketch out where the wires need to go, I have a fair idea already just want some good advice before I continue.

Switch is CK-5 10A 250v - SWITCH

Thanks in advance!

Put 95 and 96 in series with the stop button..
You might have to run the Live through L2, T2, L3 T3, in Series if it keeps tripping.20200206_143227.jpg

Here is some control circuits. Table 3 page 4.
Also you can use also the NO O/L contacts 97-98 for e.g. indicator lamp as a warning a overload has occurred .
BTW, the attached PDF shows the O/L on the RH side of the contactor coil, it is now recommended to be placed in the control string in the left of the coil .
Your motor will be switch by the contactor L1.L2. L3.

Here is a DWG for it, if using a 1ph motor then just one of the 3ph contacts used, although it is customary to take the 1ph conductor out of the bottom to the next top terminal and so on for all three, i.e. looped through.
This in order that the O/L senses on all its three input connections . As DodgyDave said.
