Welcome to AAC!
I wanted to simulate segment/output A of the SSD in TinkerCad
Since your a newbie, don't start making up your own acronyms. When I saw SSD, the first thing that came to mind was Solid State Drive...
when I try to simulate it, it doesn't show anything.
What is the polarity of the display (common cathode or common anode)? What is the pinout?

You don't have power (for common anode), or ground (for common cathode) connected to the display, so it can't function.

A good design would include current limiting resistors for the LEDs.

What should pin 5 of U3B be connected to? Is Input A the LSB or MSB?

Is this schoolwork?
