I'm trying to simulate a circuit with a long pulse. However, it freezes around 20 seconds in.

Is there something I can do to make it fully simulate?

Try this one.

The "startup" switch causes the voltage sources to ramp up from 0 in 20 usec.
It allows the circuit to begin oscillating.

The abstol-1e-4 option eases the requirement to sense pA current changes during the simulation.
It allows the simulation to complete much faster.

The attached took 75 seconds to complete.

This accuracy (abstol = 1e-4 = 100uA) is not good. RC-generator uses smaller currents. More or less acceptable .opt abstol = 1uA vntol = 10m
