Yes for a class project, they're quite complicated and some of them are for FM receiver or transmitter.

 

Since this is a class project, it belongs in the Homework Help section. As it is an educational assignment (and for credit), you need to do the bulk of the work. We can help you find where you are going astray and try to guide you back onto a viable path, but we can't do your work for you.

Start by explaining what your actual requirements are, then look for some circuits that you think might be in the ballpark. If you find one that has a transmitter portion, skip it and move on to another one. Tell us what search terms you are using and perhaps we can suggest some better ones.
