Signal turn into a vector

Hello.I have this signal 3cos(2*pi*t+9)+4cos(2*pi*t+5).And I need to turn into a vector for one period.
and to calculate analytical the norm.Thanks.

By "vector" might you mean what is typically called a "phasor" in many/most English EE textbooks?

Look up the term and see if it agrees with what you are looking for.
