Just the way I like it, though I prefer T-Bone. Ribeye is the norm though, easier to cook.

 

I have lobster steamed in cajun sause,have been eating with the

just melted. I tried cutting the Lobster in chuchs,then put the lobster

and sause in frig,as the lobster chilled the sause thicken around the

Lobster pieces. A different dish,the hot sause just runs off the Lobster

you dip,cold sause sticks to Lobster.

 

summer of 69 we camped out on a beach at Cape Cod watching the moon landing with a 12" portable TV eating fresh lobster and beer, best time of my life.
