I am looking at the datasheet of OPA2145.I am wondering about the maximum output current of this OpAmp. The datasheet says "Short-circuit current" +/-20 mA. Is this the maximum current at OpAmp output ?

Yes, for a continuous short and subject to this condition:
"Short-circuit to VS / 2 (ground in symmetrical dual-supply setups), one amplifier per package"

Does it also means that OpAmp can not have output current more then "Short-circuit current" ?

 

Presumably. There's no suggestion in the datasheet that higher-currrent brief pulses are possible. But it's not good design practice to run things at their maximum rating anyway, if you want them to have a long and happy life.

 

And the maximum output current of a particular device may be less than that "maximum" specd.
Normal output operating current is less than that, as also noted in the data sheet.
