1. I have a chinese battery with attached protection circuit, need to drive motor from it.
2. Problem is initially motor inrush current is high & short flag gets set(can read the flag by SMbus protocol)
3. However when I connect light loads it works fine. Also if slowly I increase motor speed then it works fine.
4. But in filed motor speed can be any. Can't change any battery paras.
5. Any solution for ir?

We will need some more detail about the motor and battery, but you may be a to get around it with a large capacitor to supply the inrush current if it is not to high.

You can also add an electronic limiter to limit the motor startup current to an acceptable value, such as this.
The limit is approximately 0.7V / R_sense.
