Greetings,

I need a good link or two sans calculus on Shift Register Theory. If anyone's got the time and wants to spell it out in a paragraph or two that would be very kind.

That's a new one. What does calculus have to do with shift registers? I can't fathom why you would phrase your question in this way. Can you elaborate?

I too was puzzled by the calculus reference initially. I read it several times and it finallly hit me that it might be a "tongue-n-cheek" remark implying that engineers often resort to mathematics to explain engineering concepts.

I'll be the moron if P220ST comes back and says that by calculus he meant calculus:D .
