Hi all, i´m trying to attach a Shelly plus 1pm in order to remotely control my pool pump. Could someone please help me understand which connections need to go where? I currently have a motor breaker attached to an MCB of sorts, which could either be always on, or controlled by the timer.

The first image shows the entire breaker as it was with the previous timer in place, and the second image shows a close up of that previous wiring along with how I have it set up now.

With the current scenario of:

• MCB is in "always on" mode
• Shelly Relay is "on" via the web app (note this does not turn the pump on or off in this setup)
• i.e the pool pump is working

Then, I:

• switch the MCB to "auto mode" and the pump continues to work
• Turn the Shelly relay off
• The pump stops working

However, I cannot turn the Shelly relay back on in this state as is powered down, so seems to be a broken connection between Shelly and the mains (?).

If you could tak a look, then any help would be appreciated.

p.s. I´m not too experienced with electronics....

Seems like the Shelly just needs to be powered continuously.
