Don't you all watch you tube they solder with a $4 iron some use a gun LOL the tip not cleaned in years have to be using plumbing solder.
The chip pins going to turn green LOL.
The thing here is the mask got hot you just soldered the two pins it happens.
Solder don't stick if no copper so now you know.
It happens to all of us I'm sure I had some old parts they where hell to solder till I cleaned them up.
And I've soldered cat hair on a dogs hind end just kidding but I have soldered some really small stuff reusing
old phone LCDs and smt part breakout boards home made.
To much solder but it works LOL I put 4 2n2007 N-Channel enhancement mode field effect transistors on there to play around with.
