how to interface a temperature sensor with Xilinx FPGA??

 

Temperature sensors come in many different designs. We cannot offer a solution until you tell us the make and model of the sensor. If the sensor is simply a resistance, you can use a voltage divider and measure voltage with an ADC. You can also apply the sensor in an RC circuit and measure pulse-duration or frequency.

Some fogas have arcs built in,
Most are purely digital,
It would be great to know what sort of temperature range your, and resolution your looking for and how often to take a reading,
E,g, reading the temperature of a arc furnace would be very differentbto measuring a room temperature,,
