Semiconductors: MOSFET help w/ diffusion and drift current

So I am given the equation for inversion layer charge density:

Qn = -Cox(Vg - Vt - V(y))

And somehow I am supposed to derive the equations for Drift and Diffusion current from this, but I have no idea where to start. Any help?
