I want to select a GPS module which has more horizontal accuracy

1) can anybody suggest me which factors should be considered during selection of GPS

GPS has no accuracy difference between left / right and up / down, it works on a 3D fix..
the only difference is the "slope" angle to the sats, but thats outside your control and a variable.
