Thanks Sir Max,
I need to be clear you few facts, my informations need to be modified.
The SSR is going to switch following type of Delta capacitive bank!
c_delta_load.PNG

It has ...

R.M.S Voltage = 440 VAC
Reactive Power, Q= 25kvr
RMS Current= 32.8A
Capacitor values= 342.53uF
Frequency=60Hz
Power factor= -0.4

I want to know with this higher power is there any problem with MOC308X+BTA100 resistor wattage ?
For 40A application, I will change bank capacitor.

Calculation for Snubber values.
Max.

Thank you sir Max.
If I use the formula at page number 2,
In case of RMS volotage and current (my case 380VAC and 40A),
The snubber comes like R=842R and C=160MFD(uF)

It has been mentioned in this material "The voltage should be selected for the normal DC or AC voltages, however, the designer must take into consideration the peak voltages involved"

Do you want me to calculate for peak voltage and current?

Not sure how this equation is evolved.
AN-437 note tells more.

There might be a value for internal capacitance(CT) of BTA100, can you see in datasheet?
See the 9th page of AN-437, dont you think the turn off measurement is necessary?
That calculation would determine do I need snubber or not.

Again, in my case for single phase

P(w)=12.158Kw
Q(VAR)=27.861 KVAR
pf=-0.4
V(peak)=537.40VAC
I(peak)=56.56A
