I have invoked the power of the mighty Digikey search engine and could not find this. I need to control power to up to 4 load circuits using the GPIOs on my microprocessor which operates at 3.3V. The specs are:
Control Voltage 3.3V
Load voltage 3.3 - 12V
Current > 1A
Switch Time < 200us
No. Ports =>4
I have done this for years with discrete FET pairs but soldering is quite a bore these days and I am looking at all the newer ICs that have 4 or more ports and package this function. One would think that it is common but looking at the specs it apparently is not. Devices for less than 12V are there--those requiring at least 5V, and sophisticated versions with power control having lag times in the ms are found. But nothing with this simple spec.
I find this remarkable and assume it is my poor web searching skills. Anyone out there have a part number that will do this?
thanks
Fritz
