i've bought boards from fusion 3 times before with no problem.
my last order got mixed up and i got someone's order but not mine.
i've sent pictures to them of what i received and explained the problem.
they haven't responded for 3 days.
i even got up in middle of night for last 2 nights hoping to communicate with them but they don't respond.
i don't know what i received but the populated circuit boards look sorta pricey.
does anyone know what these boards are in bottom right corner of the picture?
should i get a paypal refund and reorder elsewhere? how hard is it to get a paypal refund?
anyone know another board shop that offers aluminum core boards?
thanks

Good luck.. Sometimes it can take more than a few days to communicate across the world..
I'd suggest you just keep attempting proper communication and let them issue you a shipping label,etc... to return them and whatever else..

no response in 3 days.
if i don't hear by monday, i'm getting a refund and ordering elsewhere.
i think that's long enough to at least get an answer.
beware.

finally got a response.
said they were on holidays...
i thought they worked so long and hard for almost nothing over there...they get more time off than i do.
anyway, they're replacing my order free.
guess they're ok after all.

Well.. it was just "Chinese New Year" not that long ago and many of the companies can take a bit to get back up to speed..

In general they are pretty reputable so its good they got back to you..

Coincidentally, I received an email from them (SEEED) which I just read. In part it states, "Our forum is back on track, welcome to come & communicate with the community! We'd love to hear your voices here! Feel free to talk about tech support, know-hows, project ideas, product suggestions, community events, resources and even local info about Shenzhe".

I suspect if you duplicated your first post on their forum, you might get both and answer to what they are and an accelerated response:)
