Hi there.
I have an android based device on Snapdragon 820 soc, where I am having screen split issue.
Does someone can recommend where I need to take a look to find the root cause?
I thnk this is RAM related issue, but I appreciate any suggestions.

Have you tried turning it off and back on?

Looks like it froze in the middle of changing the rotation of the screen.

Rotation does not matter, it will happen without rotating the device. I know it will be hard to answer without knowing the hardware, but my question is more generic, I am trying to understand which are I have to take a look.

Well I’m still suspicious of the screen rotation, which would be triggered by the accelerometer in the phone. You might be able to disable rotation in a software setting somewhere. Maybe that would stop it. You might also be able to monitor the accelerometer output directly.

Does the screen continue to update or is it frozen?
