Scalable Readout circuit for resistive sensor array

I'm working on a readout circuit for resistive sensor array. The Resistance-array is a kind of resistance network, the resistor elements of which are distributed in a matrix form. The bypass disturbance phenomenon comes from the existence of bypass circuit when measuring the destination resistance elements in a resistance array. The goal is to design a readout circuit that can accurately access the individual element in the array and solve the problem of bypass current from the neighboring element.
I have successfully achieved the design for a 4 by 4 sensor array, but now i want to make the circuit scalable ie to make the circuit to adapt to any number of arrays for example large number of arrays like 128 by 128. Attached below is the design for the 4 by 4 readout circuit.
