I'm trying to repair a CD player. Does anyone know where I can find this datasheet? There seem to be a number of people selling the part on ebay but I can't find a datasheet for it.

 

Can't find a datasheet for this. Datasheets are typically for a specific component and not a whole assembly (but not always). You might have some luck doing an advanced google search and searching for repair manuals for this in the china/japan regions. I've had luck tracking down manuals that way..those manuals tend to have an illustrated parts breakdown which could aid you.

As a heads up-there are 3 different versions of this assembly-16pin, 15pin, and an 8pin + 5pin.
