hi I have a Samsung WW80J5445FW washing machine where it no longer turns on. I dismantled everything and I noticed under the cooling fin there is a large integrated circuit that has exploded and the reference is illegible. Please does anyone have a diagram or know which integrated circuit it mounts? Posting a photo of the damaged part would be useful, although some other fault may have resulted in the component failing; if so replacing it will result in the new part suffering the same fate.

If the integrated circuit is part of a controller board assembly, it might be best to obtain a replacement controller.

That's an IPM in charge of controlling the three-phase motor. Usually, these machines mount IKCM15F60GA, but I can't say for sure.
What's the microcontroller code?
