Few year i plan to buy touchscreen mobile it was samsung gt 5360
i open it after it was not working and dead i used it as my study purpose i found touch screen camera chip etc etc
i want to know its part number like which touchscreen was it can we connect with pic micro controller etc??

 

You can get touch screen ready made for Arduino and RPi cheaply from eBay here and here.

But if you want to spin your own from some touch screen (without any datasheet) and interface them to PIC. That would take considerable efforts, time and know-how to do it successfully.

Or you can ask those technicians who repair handphones. Here where I live there are at least 30 to 40 brands from various countries and each brand has so many models. One of the Nokia phones I bought was made in India.

I dont know whether the techs repair by changing components on the main board or just change the whole board. Where do they get all those service manuals of all different brands are beyond me. Unless you are an Authorised Repair Centre for Samsung, I doubt you can get the Samsung S.M. for free(without paying a handsome sum) on the internet.
