just because someone does something stupid or irresponsible, it does not mean that need to be supported by those who know better and are supposed to offer advice.

While reach of OSHA is not global, there is an equivalent organization in every civilized corner of this planet. Why does it matter where the person is? Is life not equally precious everywhere?

And i don't care much if harm comes to the very person that does the tinkering with what they do not understand. I call that a progress - even when they get hurt, it is something they did it to themselves. But i do have a problem when they put others in harm's way.

Where is the moderators team?

This forum is claiming "do not harm" spirit... topics get locked even for stupid (but potentially entertaining) things like over-unity. Then there is transformerless power supplies etc. And here we are clearly looking at an an industrial piece of equipment, with way more potential for causing harm.

Soo.... Is "do not get harmed" just a lip service?

At any rate, i am bowing out... I am not going to be the one to offer ill advice to an unqualified person messing with something dangerous.
