hi i am pooja .i am new here and this is my first post.i have some questions related to rtl and dtl gate.
1.compare the mode of loading the rtl and dtl inverters.which one of these has higher driving cpability?does loading affects the performance under high and low state equally?

2.is it possible to build universal gates using the basic circuit of the inverters(rtl,dtl).does it need any modificatin in the circuit ?

There are two problems with your request

1. You need to show us that you have made some effort to solve the problem on your own which you have not done.
2. RTL and DTL gates were obsolete 40 years ago, so very few people are left who know or care about the answer.

How about them apples?
