A module operated in 24V. There are 8 different output modes depending on input combination.
EN1, EN2, EN3 is active when they are connected with 24V.
How can a rotary switch enable those input combination and how to wire them?

 

Look for "BCD Coded thumbwheel switch"

It would depend on the switch, some had a Common that would be serially connected as the switch turned. Check the switch with your multimeter.

Is this a Homework question?

 

You could do this with a standard 1 pole 8 way switch and some diodes - it would need 12 diodes.
