Have a Roberts DAB 2 that is not charging and not powering the Radio, works fine on batterys that I have charged out of the Radio, charger output 6v, so that seems to be ok, can't find a drawing for it , attached pcb of the charging port ( black port on the left of pic ), black port on the right of the rear view of the underside of the power pcb .
ps: A small pcb under the main power pcb !

But the Charger circuit will not go to the battery feed , will it ?

Strangly, measuring 6v at the battery terminals when charger is connected !

Follow the positive supply from the black charge socket, and see where it goes.

Quite difficult, it goes through Rs and other things, the pcb is quite small with a lot on it, will have to find my PC Microscope to follow it properly.
