RFID Simple reader, anyone done it?

I am looking into RFID since a bit ago:

I say this, anyone made this? Is there a way to interface with arduino?

I was aiming to make a reader that works as a regular input (keyboard) but for starters I will settle on making a simple 125khz reader.
