RF transmission and 7 Segment display

Hi guys i am working on an a activity where data ( hour,minutes and seconds) is transmitted through RF transmitter and the received data is displayed using an 8 digit MAX7219 based 7 segment display.
The problem I'm facing is both transmission part and display part work perfectly separately. But when combined just the data is received but 7 segment is not turned on. Have attached all the codes here.
Would like to solve this problem as soon as possible.
