RF - should I choose HSpice or PSpice

I need very accurate simulations of MOSFETs in RF range (several GHz). For an electronics student that has only worked with LTSpice (but has a good software background, if that helps); how hard will it be to do the same analysis in HSpice? I've only started working with it and I find that there are so many options that I seem to have to learn. Is there a way to do away with all that and only deal with the most general options or intuitively interface with it?

I'm starting to realize that I probably should've gone with OrCAD PSpice, if I hadn't read that HSpice is better in RF.

Of all the choices you've put above, I think I'm leaning more to Advanced Design System by Agilent. They seem to be a pretty good company with a good balance in technicality and good interface. I might just go with it.

Well, Agilent hasn't gotten back on me on my free trial license.... I wanna finish the setup tonight, so I guess I'll be headed on to finding the crack instead.
