I need an RF communication solution which has the properties of minimum 2Mbit/s, 200m line of sight, below 1ms RF synchronization, mesh capability, 50m for tall building floor to floor, and wake on RF

I don't know what country. The laws are different.

Look at Xbee, I have used it over long distances. (line of sight) It is mesh. There are different power levels. I have had problems with 2.4ghz in the rain. There is a 900mhz version that works well outdoors. Xbee can be used at different speeds. I used low data rates to get more distance. Our largest network stretched 11 miles.

CPE510, I use two of these to jump WiFi a long distance. Not mesh! The antennas must face each other. Look at TP-Ling for other versions. I have used something like this at 5 miles.

I suggest an IR laser system because on radio transmissions the FCC (in the USA) is involved. AND presently high speed optics are available for at least that data rate.

not sure how well 'mesh' and 'line-of-sight' will play together. And 'line-of-sight' vertically on a tall building?

I recall someone doing locally some 10 Km line of sight, unknown speed with LoRa.
I have done Zigbe Pro as far as I can see. A better antenna helps, reduce the speed really helps. The antennas are 15 feet above ground. You can get 3db or 9db antennas. I think we used the 900mhz version not 2.4ghz. I do not suggest using them at many Km. We used the mesh function (repeaters) to get the signal out to 15Km. We tried to space the radios at 1 to 2Km apart. Sometimes we jumped a valley in one hop or from one mountain to the next.

LoRaWAN said they can do 10Km in rural locations. Because Zigbe Pro is similar and I have seen it do that I think it is possible under the right conditions.

Right conditions and slow speeds.
It is like when the car salesman said "it makes 45miles/gallon (downhill, on a cool day, with the wind, you might have to push it some).
I just saw and advertisement for LoRa that said 10 to 300m indoors (depending on conditions)
