I got this Watch for my Mom and she uses it without a SmartPhone and it works good.

The next Day it has all of her Steps from the Day before still on it.

How do you Reset the Step Counter to Zero?

Don't know the answer to this but perhaps it requires pressing and holding one button for possibly up to 5 seconds. OR it may require pressing and holding two buttons. But this is just a guess.

I tried a search on Yahoo but didn't turn up anything that was specifically for that watch. Didn't try Google.

 

My water dispenser on my refrigerator has a filter reminder alarm that every so often it comes on, depending on how much you've used the water. I don't have a filter in mine. It's filtered water through an RO filtration system. To cancel the alarm I press and hold the alarm button for 5 seconds. It resets. It won't sound again until it has sensed a given period of time - or if it measures water flow, which it does, will sound the alarm after X amount of ounces. I think going through the menu may reveal something.

 

I think you go into Settings and select Restart Activity.
