Not familiar with the Cadence toolset, but you must be in a better position to answer that question than we are. Next choice would be a colleague or advisor of which there should be at least one. Why would random internet strangers be a superior choice? I am completely baffled.

actually I don't have any interest in doing research, but our college needs us to publish a paper for our degree. So, I'm thinking of taking a simple topic and complete it as soon as possible so that I can concentrate on Studies. And our mentors are asking us to choose based on our interests. So I tried asking you guys, as you may have some experience in this field.

You are describing something that seems hardly worthwhile, and as such not worthy of being granted a degree. That being the case, doing anything just "for show" will be about all you can hope to achieve. You may not receive good marks for your efforts, but it may be sufficient to accomplish your goal. So it hardly matters what you choose.

Bro, What are you saying bro. We dont have any marks for that. and I just need a simple topic to work on vlsi design. So if you know some topics you can suggest them either in analog or digital circuits....

I'm saying that getting a paper published is not a trivial undertaking that you can pull off with minimal thought and effort. I had a career that lasted half a century and never submitted a paper or had one published. That is ONLY for people who want to pursue research as part of an academic career which I never wanted to do. Taking a half vast approach to this will not yield favorable results.

One more thing. I AM NOT your bro!
