I don't think you'll find any chip with both the current drive and the fast rise-time that the ISL55110 can do. The ISL55110 are available at some distributors in the QFN package of you can handle those. They have an enable pin that the TSSOP does not have so be sure to handle the enable pin correctly if you need to make new boards to handle the alternative package.

if you can give up some rise time and/or current drive, then we can look into alternatives.
