I am repairing an old Yamaha receiver. Seems this part has blown. Anyone an idea what to replace it with?5F44BADD-4BF5-4E0D-92D9-1EF981DFBF74.jpeg

This should be a 2SD330. According to my 1995 sub guide, you can use any of the following as a replacement:

2SC790, 2SD795, 2SD1135, 2SD1255, 2SD2023
