I think those wires are aluminium, so you will have a very hard time repairing that. Why don´t you just get a new one?
And as you can see, one learns through his errors :)

If you´re asking if it´s fake or not, I frankly have no idea. You can try ordering another from farnell or digikey to get something to compare.

Anyway, for 125W that die looks pretty small, and if the numbers go off very easily, then it might be fake.

Transistor Polarity:NPN
Collector Emitter Voltage V(br)ceo: 350V
Transition Frequency Typ ft: 5MHz
Power Dissipation Pd: 125W
DC Collector Current: 8A
DC Current Gain hFE: 60
Transistor Case Style: TO-3
Collector Emitter Voltage Vces: 5V
Current Ic Continuous a Max: 8A
Hfe Min: 3
Package / Case: TO-3

Or get a substitute. It costs more than $5 in single quantity in Farnell (element 14).

I'll probably regret asking this, but why would anyone cut open a transistor and then expect to use it? Transistors are sealed for a reason.

And no, the wire can't be soldered.

Hello,

NEVER open any transistor, as they MAY contain beryllium oxide, wich is carcinogenic when made to dust.

Safety

Like all beryllium compounds, BeO is carcinogenic and may cause chronic beryllium disease. Once fired into solid form, it is safe to handle as long as it is not subjected to any machining that generates dust.[9] Beryllium oxide ceramic is not a hazardous waste under Federal law in the USA

Even small amounts that entered the body can lead to death over time.

Very unlikely. Why was the wire broken? Because you tried to cut the case open.
The transistor was bad in the first place.

wire is not melt and silicon chip is looks good (clear ) ...?

Just because it "looks good" does not mean it is good. It was not designed to be opened. Even if it was working when you opened it, it won't work anymore. At least not for very long. You need to buy a new component. I'm sorry you cannot afford it.
