I bought this HDMI display at Amazon for a Raspberry Pi
That picture was not in the website, so I didn't realize that it uses the UART pins and some GPIOs until I got the product. My project involves using the UART pins and some GPIOs, and I was planning to connect a 40P flat ribbon cable to the PI, but the monitor is using half of the pins. Do you know any simple little monitor which doesn't use the PI GPIOs, only the HDMI cable? The monitor has touchscreen, which is not mandatory for the project. If having touchscreen implies using many GPIOs, so I will get away with a simple not touch display. But having touchscreen would be nice.
