Explain in more detail what lead you to that decision
I looked up why certain 18650 batteries look different from mine, then I saw mine were rated 9800mAh and I heard they only go up to 3000mAh so that was an instant red flag. I then proceeded to look up the specific ones I have, ultrafire, and saw multiple reviews detailing how unreliable and fake they are.

Most of cases the cells will be LiPo thus the xploding risk is always if outer charger. Therefore built-in charge control IC is mandatory ans well the overdischarge controller as well plus temperature control and some cases even short-circ control. The most advanced allows even to set between full blow charge-up current 1...2 A or USB 0,5A or micro-USB with 0,25A. The available IC choices are several, but I have never met any containing all those in one. Thus have to use separate recharge controller (find such with T control, most are without), and separate consumption controller (unhappily most have already the rudimentary recharge controller what must be annihilated as too weak. So there the choices are not so much wide. And then the last is up-converter from battery to 6/9/12 or any other voltage of choice, for Li-Ion the choices are grand wide, but when speak about solely one 1,2 V Ni-Cd element then only few choices are available capable to work at 1,1 Volt.

RE:""how could I boost the voltage from a usb?""
Simplest solution is MC34063. Note it is very capricious about diode dU/dt and the same about inductor.

https://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/Ampsplus 18650 3500mAH (Black) 2020 UK.html ? so the capacity range is not too far from real

what i kept in mind was that when you charge batteries with the SOC at the CV charging range . . . then it may seem that they take no charge

. . . as in fact i fully charged my cellphone's battery using ever decreasing CC once or twice (counting the mAh-s on the paper) . . . ! and now it's working like magic ??
No-KiA BL-5C 1020mAh 3.7V 3.8Wh 0670400417535 R515N12609346 (it seems something went wrong in factory at some point https://vinodvv.wordpress.com/2007/...l-5c-batteries-overheating-replacement-offer/) but mine still works ??? . . . about today's attitude towards work . . . no comments

A proper lithium battery charger is supposed to sense a full charge then shut off. Your overcharging will probably cause a nasty fire.
Hobby stores sell proper safe balanced chargers for ordinary Lithium batteries and also sell the batteries.
I have never seen the new version LiFE04 batteries or chargers that your car came with.
You mentioned the lifep04, or life04, battery, I can't seem to find a charger for that. Any ideas? I also heard just from skimming Google that the same chemicals are used in car batteries? Also when I search up a charger I mainly get pdfs and reports any idea why?
