reading voltages in a hi-f buck circuit

Hello i've got this circuit (charging a supercap) where the voltage at point A is all over the place. All attempts to compute the average VA are fruitless. likewise the voltage VB-C across the supercap is also pretty choppy although the MCU does seem to be getting a precise enough measurement for my purposes. but i tried to compute a derivative, dVB-C/dt and it was too choppy.
is there a way to solve this problem?

Since you have no load on the output it should just go to 5V and stay there.
Don't know why you are having a measurement problem.
Do you have an oscilloscope?

i should say that it's the measurements i'm making while the supercap is charging that are the problem. and no i don't have a scope.
