The impedances of all parts is given. I think we can assume they are specified for the frequency of the input voltage.

 

You can use the voltage divider rule, or you can use Ohm's law to detrmine your series current and multiply that by 56 ohms.

My concern about this link is it says nothing about phase. This RC circuit is not a simple series circuit, it's a complex series circuit, if you'll pardon the double entendre.

EDIT: I haven't read this section, but it looks more appropriate.
