Hi there!
I'm repairing a control board for a Rational Oven P/N: 42.00.002P. Upon checking status LEDs it appeared that this board was not dead. There were signals going to the displays which didn't come on, however, after doing some reverse engineering I found that one of four Noritake Itron VFD displays was short citcuited. I cut the IMG_20241111_155407_851.jpgIMG_20241111_155706_463.jpgIMG_20241111_155843_219.jpgtrace to isolate the short circuited lead and the other displays came back to life. After removing the display it had this number MN11236FD printed on the back.

I contacted Noritake and they said that unfortunately they couldn't either give me information about this display or sell displays to me as they were custom built for "a customer."

Does anybody have access to a junked control board like this so I could either buy it or buy a display?

Thanks in advance.

greetings rlarioss,

I do have several of these displays lying around, aswell as a whole board, but it would be very dificult to replace one of these, as you'd need to get the (strongly glued) touch screen off without damaging it. If you haven't given up on this yet, and are still looking for a replacement I am definitley willing to help.

best regards,
