I think they call that progress
Don't forget these so called laws were written 200 years ago BY A GUY WITH A BATTERY AND NOTHING ELSE

Sir Issac was never called a heretic - perhaps you are a bit confused as to math versus astronomy. His explanations of the mechanics of the physical world were sound. Anyone with the desire could verify that they were correct. Anybody with the need could learn and get benefit from calculus making mathematical operations much easier. He wasn't Italian, either.

Michael Faraday work involving electrolysis has been experimentally verified for 200 years.

An ignorant and nearly illiterate tinkerer is not very likely to advance science. He can, however, think of a scam. It's not too hard - there is always the elaborate pyramid scheme that Amway uses as a model.
