Radio Analyzer, mod/demod tool

Hello,

I was looking for a radio analyzer, something like the Hirschmann RME 320 that can analyze FM/AM radio signals, the question is does anyone know any test equipment that can perform the functions that the above mentioned equipment can.

I already have an SDR but they usually do just mod/demod and some apps can do some analysis but is not the same thing.
