I've been lately Studying an Introduction in quantum physics and the first thing I've learned was the black body radiation and Planck's theory.
Currently, I wanna ask why does the radiation ln the ultraviolet region Has small number of photons, in other words, why does the number of photons need to be decreased for large frequencies (I need a physical explanation not a mathematical one, if possible)
The other thing is how could Planck's postulates solve the ultraviolet Catastrophe?
    Thanks in advance.
