I've watched this video , and there're few things that I wonder.
at about 3:20 she said "to reconize an instruction, we need a circuit to check that"
so if there're more instructions, the control unit of the cpu would get bigger and more complicate, is that correct?

 

Yes, the control unit generally speaking grows as the number of
instructions it has to decode.
