This is the one ...

All the input and output power goes through the circuit , and cells are balanced via the many small wires ...

But in the specifications it just says "Charge voltage 29.2V" ... no further details ! I'm sure if I put 30V it would be OK .... But I want to connect directly to solar panels Open circuit voltage 40V ( they can only deliver max current of 8A@ 30V )... will I blow it ? ...

That little oblong thing on two white wires is a temp sensor I guess ... do I tuck it inside the circuit or in the battery?

Maximum discharge current: 200A
Instantaneous discharge current:500A
Charging voltage: 29.2V
Maximum charging current: 200A
Overcharge detection voltage: 3.75±0.025V
Overcharge protection delay: 100ms
Overcharge release voltage: 3.6±0.05V
Battery balance detection voltage: 3.6±0.025V
Battery balance release voltage: 3.6±0.05V
Battery balance current: 35±5 mA
Overdischarge detection voltage: 2.1 ± 0.08V
Overdischarge detection delay: 100ms
Overdischarge release voltage: 2.3±0.1V
Overcurrent detection voltage: 150mV
Overcurrent detection delay: 10ms

You should have a charge controller between the pv panels and the bms that will limit the charging voltage and current appropriately for the battery chemistry. That "bms" is mainly for cell balancing, and to protect from uncontrolled overcharging or discharging.
